• Account data: username, email address, name (if you provide it) and an encrypted password.
• Order data: the links, usernames and quantities you submit when placing an order, and your order history.
• Payment data: the amount, method and transaction reference of your deposits. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs, used for security and fraud prevention.
• Support data: messages you send through tickets.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and process your orders and refunds.
• To send service emails such as password resets and order or ticket updates.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.
• To improve the site and answer support requests.

3. We never ask for your password

To deliver an order we only need a public link or username. We never need the password of your social media accounts. Do not share it with anyone.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with: service providers that fulfil your orders (the public link you submit), payment providers that process your deposits, and authorities when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your dark or light mode choice and protect against abuse. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

6. Data retention

We keep account, order and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account by opening a support ticket.

7. Security

We use access controls, HTTPS and other reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your API key private.

8. Your choices

You can update your account details in Account, and you can request access, correction or deletion of your data through a support ticket.

9. Children

Our services are not intended for people under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
